ElderAssista provides personalized assistance and care coordination for seniors, including in-home support, appointment scheduling, and wellness monitoring.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides and tutorials on senior care best practices, delivered instantly upon purchase.

3. Goods

Our online store features assistive products and aids designed to enhance daily living comfort and safety.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Refund requests for senior support services must be submitted within 7 days of the service date. Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer any unused portion of scheduled services to another date at no extra charge.

4.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of our information products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by reversing the original transaction and typically complete within 5 business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds for goods are issued after inspection and are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Transfer of Service

Clients may reschedule or transfer booked services with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Unused service hours will be credited to a future booking valid for 90 days.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain specialized consultation packages, including emergency response sessions and personalized planning consultations, are explicitly non-refundable due to the dedicated resources reserved by ElderAssista. These terms are communicated clearly at the time of booking, and we encourage review before purchase.
